Mouth Cancer Awareness Walk in Karachi

In 2012, SSH organized a mouth cancer awareness walk in Karachi to encourage early detection, prevention, and public education.

The awareness effort focused on oral cancer risks connected to tobacco use, betel nut, oral hygiene, and delayed diagnosis. The walk brought together participants concerned with helping communities recognize warning signs earlier.

This record expands SSH's health archive beyond direct medical camps. It shows that awareness walks and prevention messaging have also been part of the organization's public health work.
